WILL NOT INSTALL LONDON DEMO OR ANY DEMO

HI - I have purchased and registered all the theme etc.

It simply will not download the London demo onto my hosting server. I have contacted them and they confirm everything is perfect and unlocked eg. space. so they have told me to upload the "London demo" via FTP but I cannot locate the demo file or the XML file.

Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,
    You can find "London" layout XML file from \consulting\inc\demo\layout_2\demo_content.xml and try to import via WordPress importer [screenshot]

    I have a similar issue and I cannot install the Moscow demo. Could you please send the "Moscow layout XML file", in order to import via WordPress importer?

    You can find “Moscow” layout XML file from \consulting\inc\demo\layout_4\demo_content.xml.
