Menu font

Hello!

Where can I change the menu font? If the only option is costum CSS - can you provide it?
I would also like to change the Capitalization of every word in the menu. How can I change that?
EXAMPLE:
Current: Solutions And innovations
My Goal: Solutions and innovations

    Hi,

    Please use custom CSS like below in order to change menu font:
    ul#menu-main-menu { font-family: Poppins; }
