500 Internal Server Error after theme activation

After installation, there is a internal server error while accessing admin dashboard. It occured after I activated the theme.
It worked normal in my local server. I have php settings as per the manual suggested. Is there a problem with the .htaccess file but I can' t find one in my file manager(even tried via FTP).

    Hi,
    Please try to enable wp-debug from wp-config.php and check the error. If it doesn't help, please create a ticket with your wp-admin and FTP credentials and our support engineers will check it for you.
