(1) Remove Blue Row, (2) Mobile Display Issue

I have prepared a short screencast that shows my 2 issues, please view - http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDeZq71OZX

(1) We are not using the dark row that appears above the banner to display location and contact information. However, it appears the row is displaying on the mobile devices (just below the logo/nav area). How do I remove this row completely?

(2) There is a misalignment between images and content box for "cases" (works) between the full size browser and the smaller browsers/mobile. You'll see this in the screencast.

    Additional information on item (1) above. I believe this is - <div class="icon_texts"/> in the mobile nav.

    1. Please use custom CSS like below:

    .mobile_header .header_info { display: none;}
